Atmosphere comes with twelve nature sounds presets including Storm, Downpour, Tropical, Woodland, Autumn, Fireside and Six others.
You can easily configure your own soundscapes from the background and the random sounds supplied. It takes minutes to configure your soundscape. You can then either play this soundscape in realtime, save it to listen to at another time, or record it to wav or mp3, ready to be burnt to CD. There is even an alarm function and sleep timer incase you want to doze at your desk while a brook bubbles on its merry way, or the rain patters on a tin roof.

What I present here is, if you will, an MS Paint for sound effects… or something along those lines. It’s meant to make it dead easy for anyone to whip up a few simple sound effects and save them as .WAV files for playback
Mit SFXR kann man sehr einfach Soundeffekte zusammenstellen und als wav-datei exportieren.
The program shows its icon in system tray and plays real delectable sounds of a forest - in daytime and at night.
A click on the icon turns on or off the sounding. Right click opens the Aura Control Board.
Aura verschöntönert auch in v. 2.8.7.204 immer noch Don Gordons Arbeitszimmer ...

Trim silence!
Automatically trim silence at the beginning and/or end of your sound.
Various bug-fixes and smaller layout/convenience adjustments:
Clickable stop button.
Playback indicator.
Envelope preview in the Randomizer.
Splash screen.
Wave frequency accuracy correction (was 0.05 % off before).
Loud sounds could overflow and "loop" instead of being clipped.

Select the sounds (17 relaxing tracks are available) that you want to hear, turn them on and you can listen to and enjoy the music for as long as you want, without interruption.
