What's new:
Fixed possible out-of-bounds memory access when the number of command-line arguments is zero. This should not happen, because argv[0] shall contain the name of the program, but some operating systems (e.g. Linux) don't guarantee it. This only effects the CLI program, the GUI binaries have not been updated.
