TTS (Text To Speech) - STT (Speech To Text) - Sprachsynthese - Sprachausgabe - Spracheingabe - Voice Commands - Spracherkennung - Speech Engines - Sprachsteuerung - Speech Recognition - AI (Arteficial Intelligence) - Voice Audio Transkription

MsAgents (z.B. in MS Office -> Karl Klammer).

eSpeak converts text to phonemes with pitch and length information.
- Can translate text into phoneme codes, so it could be adapted as a front end for another speech synthesis engine.
- Potential for other languages. Several are included in varying stages of progress.
Help from native speakers for these or other languages is welcome.
- Development tools are available for producing and tuning phoneme data.
- Written in C.

WIKI: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/VoiceFlux

(Voice Commands - Text-to-Speech - Speech Recognition - Reminder - Programm Launcher)

This is not "Nitrous Voice Flux", but VoiceFlux:Pro (evolved from the NVF planning, and the recoded source base).
And it does NOT use MsAgents...! It does not use .NET and runs from win98 up to winVista,
including win2000 and all others

(Chatbot - Texteingabe - Textausgabe)

Artificial Futility Catty v3 is my excuse for chat bot. Instead of using anything resembling fancy-schmancy AI,

Yeah, it may offend you for no reason; man up.

akzeptablen Browser-Sicherheitseinstellungen, Probleme geben.

Seit ca Januar 04 ist Biovirtual down. Anscheinend Pleite gegangen oder geschluckt worden. Keine Ahnung.

Vielleicht sogar ohne Aktive-X?

Answerpad

Answerpad is a program that will memorize any statement
that is entered into it. A user may then ask it questions in plain
English and Answerpad will try to answer by processing the
information within its memory.

Answerpad also has the ability to speak aloud and will let you speak
to it by using speech recognition. It can even take on a much more
friendly appearance when told to use one of the many available
Microsoft Agent characters.

UPDATE 2018 !

Answerpad is an old legacy program which is no longer being developed and relies on Microsoft's VB6.0 runtimes
which Microsoft no longer supports and was never facilitated in 64 bit versions, therefore it will only run on 32 bit systems.

Windows 10: It's extremely difficult to try and get Answerpad running on Windows 10 and therefore not recommended.

MBROLA

The aim of the MBROLA project, initiated by the TCTS Lab of the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (Belgium), is to obtain a set of speech synthesizers for as many languages as possible, and provide them free for non-commercial applications. The ultimate goal is to boost academic research on speech synthesis, and particularly on prosody generation, known as one of the biggest challenges taken up by Text-To-Speech synthesizers for the years to come.

Central to the MBROLA project is MBROLA, a speech synthesizer based on the concatenation of diphones. It takes a list of phonemes as input, together with prosodic information (duration of phonemes and a piecewise linear description of pitch), and produces speech samples on 16 bits (linear), at the sampling frequency of the diphone database used (it is therefore NOT a Text-To-Speech (TTS)synthesizer, since it does not accept raw text as input). This synthesizer is provided for free, for non commercial, non military applications only.

Diphone databases tailored to the Mbrola format are needed to run the synthesizer. A French voices have been made available by the authors of MBROLA, and the MBROLA project has itself been organized so as to incite other research labs or companies to share their diphone databases. The terms of this sharing policy can be summarized as follows :

After some official agreement between the author of MBROLA and the owner of a diphone database, the database is processed by the author and adapted to the Mbrola format, for free. The resulting Mbrola diphone database is made available for non-commercial, non-military use as part of the MBROLA project. Commercial rights on the Mbrola database remain with the database provider for exclusive use with the Mbrola software.

HypnoStudio 1.0
FREE software for Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis.
Info und DL: http://www.innerlab.com/default.asp?c=+ ... &artID=128

HypnoTrainer
is an interactive program that aims to assist in developing the ability to very tightly focus attention. The ability to focus attention is critical to deep hypnosis. In essence, hypnosis is the mind selectively focusing on one set of inputs and ignoring others
Info und DL: http://www.domsub.info/ht/hypnotrainer.html

SBAGEN
is a utility that generates binaural tones in real-time according to a 24-hour programmed sequence read from a file. It can also be used to play a sequence on demand, rather than according to the clock, or to write a WAV file for playing later.
Info und DL: http://uazu.net/sbagen/

Flasher
Welp... ever heard of Brainwave Stimulators? This is one.

Brainwave stimulators use light and sometimes sound, in order to induce your brainwaves and change the brainwaves frequency. Doing that, by neuroscientists and others(people who want money), may change your mood, improve memory, imagination - your mental state. Some claim they even get into a sort of a hypnotic state.
Info und DL: http://zzz.330.ca/progz/zflsh.shtml

MindWave Lite
Tune into your brainwaves with this easy to use "binaural beat" generator. Spinner-type up/down controls quickly select tone Pitch and Beat to 1/10th of a cycle per second. Choice of two aural "Ganzfield Effect" masking noise types enhance the brainwave synchronisation effect. Slider controls for Volume levels and binaural Separation make this program simple to operate even for first-time users.

Voice Recognition-Ableger vom aussergewöhnlichen Texteingabetool Dasher (EFB-Suche)
Speech Dasher

HP: http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/kv227/speechdasher
DL: http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/kv22 ... Dasher.zip (3,8 MB)

Speech Dasher is a novel interface for the input of text using a combination of speech and gestures.
A speech recognizer provides the initial guess of the user's desired text while a gesture-based
interface allows the user to confirm and correct the recognizer's output.

It is hoped that Speech Dasher will provide a text input interface which is:
More efficient - allowing faster input than either speech or gestures alone.
More fun - providing a consistent and less frustrating method of correcting speech recognition errors.
More accessible - enabling text input by people unable to use a keyboard and by those using mobile devices.

Entering text using Speech Dasher begins with the user speaking their desired sentence to a
continuous speech recognition engine ( currently Microsoft's Speech Recognizer v5.1
or Dragon Naturally Speaking v7 or v8 ).

Sannu's Agent Lite - Programme per Sprache starten

Homepage: http://www.freewebtown.com/sannup/index.html
Download: http://www.freewebtown.com/sannup/safiles/download.html

Die "Lite" Version hat 20 aktivierte Kommandos.
# Sannu's Agent is a program which opens Windows applets and utilities with your voice. Almost all Windows operating system applets can be opened by it. Like: Paint, Calculator and all control panel utilities with many more. It uses Microsoft Agent technologies, Agent Characters, Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine 4.0, Windows Script Host and JScript programming. You can do lots of work with it and can handle any dialog box in Windows. For all commands go to Commands page.
# Sannu's Agent alone isn't a program; it is a JScript file which runs in background and shows an Agent Character on your desktop. Character listens for your commands and performs the task.

DSpeech

HP: http://dimio.altervista.org/eng
DSpeech is a TTS (Text To Speech) program with functionality of ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) integrated. It is able to to read aloud the written text and choose the sentences to be pronounced based upon the vocal answers of the user. It is specifically designed to quickly and directly provide the functions and improved practical usefulness that are requested by this kind of program. In the meantime, the invasiveness and resource consumption is minimal.
(DSpeech does not install itself, is very light, starts in a second and doesn't write anything to the registry). Some notable features of DSpeech are:

1. Allows you to save the output as a .WAV or .MP3 file.
2. Allows you to quickly select different voices, even combine them, or juxtapose them in order to create dialogues between different voices.
3. DSpeech integrates a vocal recognition system that, through a simple script language, allows you to create interactive dialogues with the user.
4. Allows you to configure the voices in an independent way.
5. Thanks to apposite TAGs, it allows you to dynamically change the features of the voices during the playback (speed, volume and frequency), to insert pauses, emphasize specific words, or even to spell them out.
6. Allows you to capture and reproduce the content of the ClipBoard.
7. DSpeech is compatible with all vocal engines (SAPI 4-5 compliant).
8. AI dialog system. Not really useful, but amusing. It does not work in every language.

Listen a sample of dialogue from DSpeech:

Overview of the advanced features of DSpeech:
http://dimio.altervista.org/stats/download.php?id=11

Download DSpeech v1.52 (Windows NT/2000/XP) ca 600 KB
http://dimio.altervista.org/stats/download.php?id=6
Other components you need to install
To open PDF files, you must download the DSpeech PDF Plug-In (ca 250 KB).
http://dimio.altervista.org/stats/download.php?id=20

On Windows XP, if you want use SAPI4 voices, you must install SAPI4. Download it here (800 KB).

On Windows NT4/2000 you must install SAPI5, you can download it here or here (6 MB)

On Windows NT4/2000/XP, if you want use the Speech Recognition features,
you must install the MS-Recognition Engine as well. Download it here (30 MB).

Interface translation in other languages
DSpeech interface can be translated in several languages:
Italian Spanish French Portuguese Brazilian Latin American Spanish

Where find the Voices
SAPI5 voices are the best, but unfortunately often they are not distributed for free.
The most famous are Cepstral, Acapela, Loquendo, RealSpeak and Voiceware.

RealSpeak:
They are good voices and it seems that Microsoft will integrate them by default on Windows Vista.

SAPI4 voices, instead, have worse quality but are easier to find,
and downloadable for free; the best are:

L&H TrueVoice:
They have a good voice sampling, but wav and MP3 conversions are very slow... http://dimio.altervista.org/eng

around your monitor AS YOU USE YOUR PC.

And that's great — because, your "conscious" mind isn't responsible for changing your automatic
reactions and habits. Only your subconscious is!

Your subconscious mind is built as a tool for betterment. It's there to respond to your environment.
It "sees" things you don't even realize. Every sound. Every picture. Every phonetic nuance. Everything.

These messages are statements of positive intent, like:
- I learn fast
- I am calm and confident always
- I enjoy speaking on stage
- I attract my ideal partner easily
- Every day in everyway I'm getting better, and better

Using Subliminal Blaster, you can easily:
- Banish negative behavior patterns
- Enjoy perfect health and heal any illness, ailment or disease
- Realise your perfect body weight, appearance and vitality and keep it that way
- Enjoy perfect relationships with others whether friends, family or others
- Maintain absolute happiness, harmony and peace in your life at all times
- Dissolve stress and tension
- Destroy bad habits in a flash!

Even if you only use your PC for an hour each day, or 3-4 times a week...
you are still exposed to 10,000 - 15,000 positive affirmations blasting through your conscious barrier,
and echoed through your mind each week!

Spracherkennung - U. S. Englisch, Vereinfachtes Chinesisch, Japanisch
