WindowTop 1.5.3 - Fenstermanipulation unter Windows (sorry, couldn't resist)

Mit WindowTop ist es möglich Fenster immer im Vordergrund zu halten, sie aber ebenso ist es möglich die Transparenz einzustellen oder die Fenster dunkler zu machen.
Eigentlich alle Optionen sind per Hotkey erreichbar.

Auf der Homepage gibts, neben der Downloadmöglichkeit, auch ein Video zu dem Tool.

Known Issues
If you have screens with different DPI scaling for each screen, sometimes you may expect that the Interact mode in the Shrink feature will fail to work correctly. I tried to reduce this issue as much as possible but it is still known bug and it can happen
