Some of the more useful features:
• Update app's internal library against your MP3 collection to build custom genre table
• Exclude or Include what genres you want in your playlist
• Exclude by Artist, specific artists will then not added to the playlist
• Generate random playlist based on of number of tunes, by total size, or by duration specified
• Copy tunes to location where playlist is saved (useful for some audio players)
• When creating playlist, playlist paths can be made relative to your audio collection
• Manually include specific tunes in addition to random tracks by specifically selecting them
• Added auto-update feature that checks to see that the latest version is being used
• Play songs (multiple or single selections) straight from library
• Now Supports MP3, WMA, M4A, MP4, OGG, & FLAC
Nützlich bei ausufernden Musiksammlungen und um den portablen Audioplayer immer wieder neu zu füttern, besonders wenn man eine gut gepflegte Datenbank (korekt gesetzte Genretags) hat .

Random Playlist Generator with Genres 2.1.0.11
ChangeLog.txt hat geschrieben:Build 11:

- Improved parsing to prevent random exceptions when encountering non-music files
when updating library. In rare cases, the application would encounter files that
would force the update to stop prematurely. This has been corrected.

2.1.0.14
ChangeLog.txt hat geschrieben:Build 13:

- New feature was added to allow you specify if you want duplicates when creating
a playlist, or if duplicates should be skipped every 'n' number of playlist
creations. Note, any manually selected songs will still be included. This
feature will prevent repeating of tracks within the set amount of playlists.
- New feature was added to set a threshold on the number of times tracks will be
selected from the same artist when creating a playlist. This will limit having
too many tracks in a playlist from same artist; this occurred if you had one
artist whose tracks made up a large portion of the total library.

Build 14:

- Corrected (Finally!) the application from issuing an "Access Denied." error when
when trying to create a library image/playlist. The error manifested when the
application attempted to parse the hidden directory 'System Volume Information'.
We didn't catch this for a while as we didn't test creating a library image from
the root of any one volume/drive.
